Beginning August 28, 2008 Missouri sales tax will not be charged on dyed diesel fuel sold to end users for agricultural purposes. Each purchaser of dyed diesel fuel must complete a Form 149 - Sales-Use Tax Exemption Certificate and provide it to us.
